Concrete adhesive Festkleber Multi

FESTKLEBER Multi is a multifunctional epoxy resin compound for bonding, filling and repairing the concrete and natural stone. The versatility of FESTKLEBER Multi lies in the ability to perform a wide range of tasks with one product. The advantage over other epoxy resin adhesives is its tolerance to water. This enables fast processing and versatile application of the material.

First application: FESTKLEBER is an extremely viscous resin adhesive for bonding precast concrete elements, closures and seals in sewer and drainage systems at the concrete/plastic joint and glueing broken concrete elements. The adhesive can be applied to wet and moist surfaces, which is not possible with other epoxy mortars.

Second application: with the addition of approx. 40 ml of water per 1 kg of product, FESTKLEBER is a perfect filler. After application the material can be smoothed out very well by spraying it with water and treating it with a spatula. It is also possible to give the compound a fine texture with a brush or other tool. With regular epoxy adhesives, the high viscosity prevents good smoothing and the use of organic solvents causes damage to the surface structure.

A third application of the adhesive is the repair of concrete parts and the filling of large cavities in concrete.

Compressive strength after 7 days - 50 N/mm²
Flexural strength after 7 days - 20 N/mm²
Adhesive strength 4 N/mm after 7 days at 20°C
Processing time - 20 min. at 20°C

Chemical resistance of the hardened mixture:
Fully resistant to diluted acids, alkalis and municipal waste water.
